Grown in Nagano prefecture, 1998 Winter Olympic games venue, very much attached to the beautiful mountain view of the region. Worked in the field of economic cooperation towards Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe, not to mention Asia, through financial support to large scale projects and reform programs. Overseas post at Paris (3 times), Egypt (Cairo), and Côte d’Ivoire (Abidjan) for 14 years in total and negotiation experience with 85+ countries throughout the professional career enhanced my communication skill both in English and in French adapted to each situation (from very popular market conversation to high end official level).
Holder of heavy vehicle professional driver license, extra one year taxi driver experience in Kyoto after retirement to guide both foreign and Japanese tourists.
