Kinkaku-ji Temple (also known as Golden Pavillion)
Mostly known by the name 'Kinkaku-ji (means Golden Pavillion)' is officially named "Rokuon-ji". The temple was built in late 14th century and retains a perfect feature of Zen Temple to modern days.

Fushimi-Inari Shrine
The head shrine of approx. 30,000 "Inari" shrines located all over Japan. It is most known by the cascated countless Torii gates.

Kiyomizu-Dera District
Kiyomizu-dera temple
The most famous temple in Kyoto on the hilltop with its wooden jetty stage standing 13 meters above the hillside.

San-nen-zaka quarter
An approachway to Kiyomizu-dera temple. It is a preserved area and retains its old architecture and stone pavement. Many cafes, galleries and souvenir shops gathers along the street. Well-known for Kiyommizu-pottery ware shops.

Yasaka Pagoda
A landmark of Higashiyama district. This five-storied pagoda of Hokan-ji Temple was said to be built in late 6th century and the current one standing is a rebuilt done in 1440.

Gion District
The most famous Geisha district of Kyoto. The area is between Yasaka shrine to the East and Kamo-river to the west, and also Ken-nin-ji temple to the south. It is filled with traditional and up-scale restaurants, shops and "Ochaya" a traditional dinner places to be entertained by Geisha. If you're lucky, Geisha or Maiko can be seen when they're on their way to their engagements.

Remarks
- Every tour is arranged per each request regardless of the number of guest in a group up to 6 and there won't be any mixed group.
- This is a walking tour. Although subways and buses are used most of the time, you'll be walking a few miles/kilometres during the tour. Please dress casually and wear shoes comfortable for walking.
