Born and raised in Osaka. After finished MFA program majoring in painting/printmaking in New York, worked as a part time instructor at art colleges in Kyoto for ten years. Also started to engage in English related job including in-house translator/interpreter after marriage. Currently working as a tour guide as well as an artist.
