Meiji Jingu Shrine
Tokyo's largest Shinto shrine established in 1920 to enshrine Meiji Emperor and the Empress Shoken. Meiji Emperor is the first Emperor of modernized Japan after the Meiji Restoration in 1868.
The shine is famous for the large wooden Tori Gate. Many wedding ceremonies are held at the shrine and visitors may be able to come across a traditional wedding procession led by a Shinto priest.

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory
Looming gigantic like an over-sized Notre-Dame Cathedral and standing 243.4m tall in the heart of Shinjuku, Tokyo Metropolitan Government building is an icon of this ever-evolving city. The building was designed by the world-renowned post-modern architect Kenzo Tange and completed in 1991. The twin tower hoses two identical observation deck at 202 m above the ground and you can enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo. On a clear day, you can even capture the view of Mt. Fuji at its background.
